Mandarin Oriental Hotel Team has announced the appointment of Joanna Flint as chief professional officer.

The newly made role will oversee the development and execution of the business approach of the group though also having govt obligation for all elements of Mandarin Oriental’s customer practical experience.

Flint will choose in excess of the responsibilities of main marketing and advertising officer, Jill Kluge, who retires from Mandarin Oriental in September.
